Built in our Shropshire workshop using British-grown timber processed through our own sawmill, every cabin combines natural materials, considered detailing and the durability required for year-round use.

BESPOKE OFF-GRID CABIN
Bracken was designed and built as a completely bespoke cabin, created specifically for its setting and use as year-round guest accommodation.
Built around a Douglas fir timber frame, the cabin features Douglas fir board-and-batten external cladding, Douglas fir tongue-and-groove interior lining and flooring, aluminium-framed windows and doors, and a fully custom-built kitchen and bathroom. The entire structure sits on a reclaimed lorry chassis, giving the cabin a robust, movable foundation.
Since opening to guests, Bracken has achieved over 90% year-round occupancy, generating a strong rental yield and demonstrating the commercial potential of a well-designed cabin in the right location.
